Since 2002, a clinical trial in Aberdeen involving Dr Stephen Bonsor, a leading endodontist, and the Department of Microbiology at the Royal Infirmary, has pursued a comprehensive program of clinical evaluation. More than 400 patients have been enrolled and highly satisfactory results have been published in the British Dental Journal.
