Restorative dentistry 1. Remove enamel to access the lesion. Remove only infected dentine which has no structure. Stop instrumentation when resistance is felt. 2. Apply PAD™ Plus solution with brush. Work into surface for 60s. 3. Place the light guide over the site of the lesion. 4. Illuminate for 60s. If two interproximal surfaces are involved, disinfect each separately. 5. Flush with sterile solution and fill the lesion as usual.
